About Company:
Our client is a fast-growing fintech company headquartered in China, delivering innovative
financial solutions across multiple Asian markets. The Philippines office supports regional
operations and requires an experienced HR Manager to oversee key HR functions with a strong focus
on employee relations, recruitment, and payroll administration, ensuring smooth people operations and compliance as the organization scales.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement the company's human resource strategy and planning, and
formulate the annual human resource work plan based on the company's development
strategy.
• Responsible for various aspects of human resource management such as recruitment,
compensation, performance, and training, to respond to business needs in a timely and
effective manner and to align with the group's human resource strategy, ensuring the
talent needs for business development.
• Lead employee relations and labor management, including handling employee
grievances, disciplinary actions, and labor disputes in a fair and compliant manner;
coordinate with external legal counsel and relevant government agencies when necessary.
• Coordinate payroll-related data (attendance, overtime, changes, etc.) and work closely
with third-party payroll providers to ensure accurate and timely payroll processing.
• Responsible for employee relations management, ensuring compliant employment
practices, and ensuring the accurate and timely management of employee contracts, files,
attendance, and other information.
• Improve various human resource management systems and rules, and establish and
perfect the full lifecycle management mechanism for talent selection, training, retention,
and motivation.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree
or above, with priority given to majors in human resource
management, psychology, sociology, and other related fields.
•
More than 5 years of experience
in
human resource management
, with priority given to
those with team management experience.
• Familiar with
labor laws and regulations
, with certain l
egal risk identification and
resolution abilities
.
• Possess good
communication, coordination, and organizational skills
to effectively solve
problems.
• Possess strong
teamwork spirit and sense of responsibility
,
able to work under pressure.
• Proficient in using office software such as
Word, Excel,
etc., with experience in
HR
management systems
preferred.
• Those with good
English
listening, speaking, reading, and writing abilities will be given priority, with
Chinese
proficiency being a bonus point.
