Role Description

This is a remote position for a Human Resources Intern. The intern will assist with daily HR operations, including developing and implementing HR policies, managing personnel records, supporting employee benefit processes, and assisting in recruitment activities. The HR Intern will work closely with the HR team to ensure smooth management of personnel-related tasks and provide administrative support as needed.

Qualifications

  • Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) principles and best practices
  • Familiarity with HR Management and creating or implementing HR Policies
  • Understanding of Employee Benefits and Personnel Management processes
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR management tools
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
