Position: Sales Executive

Reports to: Chief Operating Officer

Reporting: Monday to Saturday (8:00 am-5:00 pm)

Duties and Responsibilities:
As the Sales Executive at Golden Richland Farm Corporation, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and maintaining strong customer relationships. This full-time position is located in San Mateo Isabela and will involve engaging with clients, identifying new business opportunities, and contributing to the overall sales strategy of the organisation.

What you'll be doing

  • Present the company's products or services and their value proposition to potential customers.

  • Negotiating terms and closing sales agreements with customers while ensuring a positive costumer experience.

  • Scheduling and conducting sales meetings and presentations to promote the company's products and services.

  • Maintaining detailed records of all sales activities and customer interactions.

  • Create reports with Accounting and Finance Department.

  • Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams.

  • Collaborating with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales campaigns.

  • Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences.

  • Providing feedback and insights to the management to help improve sales processes and strategies.

What we're looking for

  • Proven track record of success in a sales or business development role, preferably within the food and agricultural industry.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with clients.

  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving skills to handle complex sales situations.

  • Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) software and sales reporting tools.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve sales targets.

  • Degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
