DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Recruitment

➢ Responsible in providing manpower requirement for the company

➢ Ensures 100% manpower based on the company's approved plantilla.

➢ Ensures compliance to standard recruitment procedures and employee

qualifications.

  1. Organizational Development (Business Unit)

    ➢ Recommends relevant trainings/ program relevant to the organization.

    ➢ Ensure that all newly hired employees undergone employee orientation and must

    have training schedule prior to deployment. And to make sure, training schedule

    are being followed and implemented.

    ➢ Ensure compliance on EDF and PMS management.
  2. Employee Relations

    ➢ Ensures implementation of company policies by the employees and confers proper

    attention to violators.

    ➢ Provide disciplinary actions to violators.

    ➢ Assist HR Manager in all company activities involving employees like Sport Fest,

    Christmas Party and others.
  3. Policies and Procedures Implementation

    ➢ Ensures consistent implementation of company policies and procedures based on

    existing company's code of conduct.

    ➢ Update HRIS for attendance management, payroll process and employee records.
  4. Admin

    ➢ Ensures payroll compliance based on company standard (ACT).

    ➢ Ensures complete and on time update of HRIS.

    ➢ Follow through with HRTL with on-site asset management.
  5. Performs other tasks assigned by the HRM, if deemed necessary.

  • Muntinlupa: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

  • Bachelor's (Required)

  • Human resources: 1 year (Preferred)
