The Operations Planner Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the scheduling and coordination of service operations, preventive maintenance, and repairs of air conditioning systems. This role ensures that all planning and field assignments are optimized for efficiency, customer satisfaction, and compliance with technical standards. The supervisor manages the planning team and works closely with service technicians, dispatchers, and customer support to ensure timely and quality service delivery.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Supervise the planning and scheduling of daily service jobs, ensuring efficient technician deployment.
  • Monitor incoming job requests and assign tasks based on technician skills, location, and availability.
  • Coordinate with the procurement/warehouse team to ensure availability of necessary tools and spare parts.
  • Liaise with customers to confirm schedules and address service-related queries or adjustments.
  • Track and analyze job completion rates, response times, technician utilization, and other KPIs.
  • Review and improve planning processes to reduce downtime, travel time, and missed appointments.
  • Ensure compliance with company standards, safety protocols, and customer service quality.
  • Support the operations manager in workforce planning, performance evaluations, and workload balancing.
  • Support and mentor junior planners or schedulers.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Job Qualifications:

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Technical background in HVAC or mechanical systems is an advantage.

Experience:

  • At least 3–5 years of experience in operations or service planning, preferably in HVAC or a technical services industry.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory or team lead capacity.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong organizational and planning skills, with attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems, service processes, and technician workflows is highly preferred.
  • Data Analytics Skills
  • Customer Service Skills / Client Facing
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for coordination with both internal teams and customers.
  • Ability to work under pressure and handle last-minute scheduling changes or urgent service requests.
  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel and Outlook); experience with scheduling tools is a plus.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php30,000.00 per month
