STORE: AYALA MALLS MANILA BAY/NAIA TERMINAL 3 (SOON TO OPEN)

Job Summary:

The Store Supervisor oversees the daily operations of the assigned llaollao branch. Responsible for supervising staff, ensuring excellent customer service, monitoring inventory, and upholding company standards in cleanliness and food safety. The Store Supervisor ensures smooth store operations while achieving sales and performance targets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and lead store staff, including cashiers and service crew, to ensure efficient operations.
  • Assign daily tasks and monitor staff performance, providing guidance and coaching when needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, food safety, and sanitation standards.
  • Handle customer concerns and complaints in a professional and timely manner.
  • Monitor inventory levels, conduct stock counts, and coordinate with the warehouse or suppliers for replenishment.
  • Ensure proper cash handling and accurate sales reporting at the end of each shift/day.
  • Assist in training, onboarding, and motivating team members to maintain a positive work environment.
  • Track sales performance and implement strategies to meet or exceed targets.
  • Coordinate with the Area Manager on operational needs, staffing concerns, and store updates.
  • Maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and overall good condition of the store premises.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Business, Hospitality, or any related field (preferred).
  • At least 1–2 years of supervisory experience in retail or food service.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of cash handling, inventory management, and basic reporting.
  • Trustworthy, proactive, and able to work under pressure.
  • Willing to work in shifting schedules, weekends, and holidays.
  • Willing to be assigned in different llaollao branches as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php23,000.00 per month
