The Construction Planner is responsible for developing, coordinating, and maintaining detailed construction schedules to ensure timely and efficient project execution. This role involves collaborating with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to monitor progress, identify risks, and adjust plans to meet project deadlines and budgets.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed construction schedules using project management software (e.g., Primavera P6, MS Project).
  • Coordinate with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to gather project data and updates.
  • Analyze project sequences and critical paths to optimize resource allocation and timelines.
  • Monitor project progress and update schedules to reflect changes and delays.
  • Identify potential risks and recommend mitigation strategies to avoid schedule disruptions.
  • Prepare reports and present schedule updates to management and clients.
  • Assist in the planning and coordination of procurement and resource mobilization.
  • Ensure compliance with project milestones, contractual requirements, and safety standards.
  • Support cost control efforts by integrating schedule data with budgeting and forecasting.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
