The Voice of the Customer Manager will be responsible for gathering and analyzing customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience. The position will play a crucial role in shaping customers' perception of the brand and ensuring their satisfaction and continued loyalty.
Job Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Technology, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in customer experience, market research, or related roles.
- Proven track record in developing and implementing Voice of the Customer programs.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
- Results-driven and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of CRM systems and data analysis tools is a plus
