Job Description:

The Voice of the Customer Manager will be responsible for gathering and analyzing customer feedback, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing strategies to enhance the overall customer experience.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Technology, Marketing, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in customer experience, market research, or related roles.
  • Proven track record in developing and implementing Voice of the Customer programs.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships at all levels.
  • Results-driven and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously
