Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Expert specializing in the gaming industry, located in San Juan del Monte. The Marketing Expert will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies, managing social media marketing, and supporting sales efforts. Day-to-day tasks include creating marketing campaigns, analyzing market trends, maintaining strong communication with stakeholders, and driving brand awareness through various platforms.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote the PIGO gaming platform within the Philippine market.
  • Manage online marketing campaigns (Facebook, TikTok, SEO, Google Ads) in compliance with PAGCOR regulations.
  • Build and maintain relationships with affiliates, agencies, and influencers to drive user acquisition.
  • Coordinate offline marketing activities, including promotional events, casino partnerships, and branding initiatives.
  • Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitors to optimize marketing ROI. Manage player retention programs, including loyalty rewards, VIP programs, and promotional campaigns.
  • Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports for management.
  • Ensure all marketing activities comply with local regulations and PAGCOR guidelines.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in online gaming / casino / entertainment industry.
  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, influencer marketing).
  • Experience in affiliate / partner management is an advantage.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Able to work under pressure and adapt to fast-changing market trends.
  • Proficiency in English (Filipino or Chinese is a plus).
