Purpose of the Role
The Administrative Support – B2B & C2B role is responsible for supporting organisational mapping, data accuracy, and business development activities. This position plays a key part in researching company structures, collecting verified contact details, maintaining clean datasets, and supporting administrative tasks across both business-to-business and customer-facing workflows.
The role requires strong technical competency, critical thinking, and high attention to detail while working across multiple tools and systems. It contributes directly to the efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness of business development initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
Organisation Mapping & Data Collection
- Use LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms to research and map organisational structures from C-suite to operational roles.
- General LinkedIn experience is sufficient for researching and mapping organisational structures.
- Collect, validate, and document accurate contact details including emails and phone numbers.
- Maintain structured records of mapped organisations and key stakeholders.
Data Management & Cleansing
- Perform screen scraping and data extraction from approved sources.
- Cleanse datasets, remove duplicates, and ensure data accuracy and completeness.
- Maintain up-to-date, organised records within relevant systems and databases.
Administrative Support
- Assist with B2B and C2B administrative processes as required.
- Support business development teams by preparing lists, updating records, and assisting in follow-up tasks.
- Help ensure smooth documentation flow and operational efficiency.
Technology & Tools
- Use HubSpot, JobAdder, Lusha, Excel, and SharePoint for data entry, reporting, and task management.
- Ensure all systems are updated in real time with clean and consistent data.
- Assist in generating reports and dashboards when needed.
Critical Thinking & Problem Solving
- Analyse information to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and opportunities for improvement.
- Apply sound judgment when verifying data or resolving discrepancies.
- Ensure all work complies with data privacy, security, and confidentiality standards.

Qualifications and Experience
Essential
- Experience in administrative, data management, or research-focused roles.
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in administrative, data management, or research-focused roles is required.
- Strong skills in Excel, data entry, and digital tool usage.
- Intermediate Excel proficiency with formulas is required for data entry and digital tool usage.
- Familiarity with platforms such as LinkedIn, shared drives, or CRM systems.
- Ability to manage B2B and C2B administrative tasks professionally.
Desirable
- Experience with HubSpot, JobAdder, Lusha, or SharePoint.
- Background in business development support or analytics.
- Exposure to data cleansing or screen scraping tools.
- Previous experience in BPO, corporate admin, or recruitment support roles.
