About the Role

De Castro Consulting is looking for a
B2B Sales Associate
to join our professional team. This is a
client-facing, consultative sales role
connecting with
international companies
, building relationships, and driving growth through
lead generation and appointment setting
.


Not a call center role
– you'll be engaging directly with
decision-makers
in a corporate setting.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate leads and set appointments with potential international clients.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships with decision-makers.
  • Present company services and collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • At least
    2 years of B2B sales, business development, or client acquisition
    experience.
  • Strong
    lead generation, communication, and presentation skills
    .
  • Comfortable working in a
    hybrid setup
    (4 days WFH, 1 day onsite) and dealing with international clients.
