Role Overview:

We're seeking a B2B Customer Success & Strategic Account Partner to guide and support our business clients throughout their entire journey with us. In this role, you'll nurture relationships, strengthen retention, and help clients maximize the value of our solutions. You'll oversee onboarding, monitor performance metrics, and work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth operations while uncovering opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main client liaison, responding to needs and resolving issues quickly and professionally.
  • Manage end-to-end onboarding, ensuring full and successful adoption of tools and services.
  • Track client performance and usage data; provide insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Deliver proactive, best-practice guidance to help clients achieve their goals.
  • Handle renewals, negotiations, and long-term client engagement strategies.
  • Coordinate with sales, product, and operations to maintain consistent client satisfaction.
  • Maintain detailed CRM documentation of all interactions and updates.
  • Prepare client performance reports and offer actionable insights.
  • Spot upsell, cross-sell, and expansion opportunities to drive revenue and client growth.
  • Stay informed of industry changes and product updates to support client success strategies.
  • Advocate for client needs internally to help enhance service offerings.

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Prior experience in B2B client success, account management, or customer service.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to juggle multiple accounts with strong organizational discipline.
  • Familiarity with CRM and project tools like Salesforce, HubSpot, and Asana.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to understand technical solutions and translate them into client value.
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
  • Highly positive, client-driven attitude.

Preferred Skills:

  • SaaS or tech-focused B2B experience.
  • Knowledge of data reporting or success metrics.
  • Sales or business development background.
  • Experience in contract renewal cycles.
