Project Architect

Qualifications:

BS Architecture degree holder - can be unlicensed or under board

At least 5 years working experience in architectural design and site construction

Knowledgable in building codes

Should have good communication skills

Proficient in CAD 2d and 3d, Sketchup, Vray, Lumion, BIM, Photoshop, word, excel

Good in analytical Problem solving

Well versed in architectural planning from conceptualization to implementation

Preparation of bill of materials and specifications

Knowledge in mechanical, electrical, structural, plumbing and ece and can interpret plans.

Duties and Responsibilities

Design and Draft Building Plans, 3D presentations,

Prepare Shop Drawings and As Built Drawings

Consult with Architect and Client

Monitor and Assist Building Permit Application and other required Project Permits

Oversee and coordinate with Contractors and Construction Crews

Visit and Review Work Sites

Prepare RFI documents, Site Inspection Reports and Field Orders

Site Construction Quality Check and Monitoring

Material and Equipment Review, Canvassing and Procurement

Budget and Schedule Management

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
