Best Tools is Hiring: Area Sales Manager (Cluster Head) – Visayas Area

Role Overview:

Best Tools is looking for a goal-driven Area Sales Manager to lead and grow our sales operations across the Visayas region. The successful candidate will manage a team of Sales Representatives, develop strategic sales initiatives, and drive business growth in the hardware and construction supply industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute sales strategies suited for the hardware, tools, and construction market.
  • Supervise, mentor, and motivate Sales Representatives to meet and exceed sales goals.
  • Manage territory performance and consistently achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand business reach.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with dealers, distributors, and key clients.
  • Monitor and assess team performance, providing regular coaching and feedback.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with internal departments such as logistics, marketing, and finance to support smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of solid experience in sales management, preferably in hardware, tools, or construction supplies.
  • Proven experience managing regional or area-based sales teams.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Highly motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
