Best Tools is Hiring: Area Sales Manager (Cluster Head) – North Luzon

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and driven Area Sales Manager to oversee and expand our sales network across North Luzon. The ideal candidate will lead a team of Sales Representatives, develop effective sales strategies, and ensure consistent achievement of business goals within the hardware and construction supply industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement sales plans tailored to the hardware, tools, and construction market.
  • Lead, train, and guide a team of Sales Representatives to meet and exceed performance targets.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales goals through proactive territory management.
  • Explore and establish new business opportunities to increase market presence and revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, retailers, and distributors.
  • Evaluate team performance, provide coaching, and develop strategies to improve results.
  • Address customer needs and concerns promptly to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Coordinate with logistics, marketing, and finance teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
  • 3–5 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably in hardware, tools, or construction supplies.
  • Background in leading regional or area-based sales teams.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation abilities.
  • Goal-oriented and highly motivated to deliver results.
