Best Tools is hiring an Area Sales Manager (Cluster Head) for North Luzon & Visayas

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Area Sales Manager to oversee and grow our sales operations across North Luzon and the Visayas region. This role involves leading a sales team, driving business development, and ensuring sales targets are consistently met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies specific to the hardware and construction supplies industry (tools, fittings, and related products).
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of Sales Representatives, assigning territories and ensuring KPIs are achieved.
  • Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
  • Identify new business opportunities to expand market presence and increase revenue.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key hardware accounts and customers.
  • Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and improve sales effectiveness.
  • Handle client concerns to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Work closely with logistics, finance, and marketing teams to meet client needs and streamline operations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of proven experience in sales management, preferably within the hardware or construction industry.
  • Previous background in managing sales teams in a regional or area-based capacity.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Results-driven with the ability to execute strategies and deliver on targets.
