  2. Track and update daily attendance records

  3. Monitor and report employee absences and vacancies daily.

  4. Recruitment & Onboarding

  5. Conduct job posting, candidate sourcing, and initial screening.

  6. Prepare and manage employment contracts of site workers
  7. Verify biodata from Project In-Charge (PICs) to confirm site worker returnees.

  8. Employee Relations & Compliance

  9. Issue Notices to Explain (NTEs) for AEF and site workers with habitual absences.

  10. Prepare and serve Decision Notices for disciplinary actions.
  11. Submit a Manpower Assessment Report to management on the 15th and 30th of each month.
  12. Address employee concerns, complaints, and policy clarifications.

  13. Compensation & Benefits Administration

  14. Manage government-mandated benefits, including:

  15. SSS, Pag-IBIG, PhilHealth, 13th Month Pay of site workers
  16. Process contributions and purchase orders
  17. Prepare and certify SSS loan and Pag-IBIG MPL loan applications.
  18. Record and file evaluation forms for approval by the President.
  19. Compute, process, and release quit claims and final pay for separated employees.

  20. Incident Reporting

  21. Prepare reports on workplace incidents as they occur.

  22. Maintain communication with affected employees and follow up on incident resolutions.

  23. Payroll Processing

  24. Process site workers' payroll every Thursday.

  25. Audit and safekeep payroll slips for non-ATM workers every Wednesday.
  26. Provide copies of payslips upon request.

  27. ATM Management

  28. Maintain ATM monitoring records in Google Sheets.

  29. Track ATM and debit application forms sent by Sterling Bank.
  30. Prepare letters for inactive/not connected employees when requested.

  31. Contract Management

  32. Prepare, track, and update employment contracts for AEF and site workers. (End of the month)

  33. Ensure site worker contracts are reviewed and renewed at the end of each month.

  34. Employee Records Management (201 Files)

  35. Create folders for new employees and organize existing records.

  36. File and maintain secure employee 201 files.

  37. COE, ID & Forms Management

  38. Create and issue COE & employee IDs upon request.

  39. Maintain updated copies of HR-related forms, including:

  40. Reports & Documentation

  41. Generate and submit HR-related reports, including:

  42. NTE Monitoring and Decision Report & Habitual Absences Report
  43. ATM Monitoring & No ATM Report
  44. PPE Monitoring Report
  45. 13th Month Pay & Deduction Report
  46. Compensation & Benefits Report
  47. Weekly Attendance Report

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, BS Psychology, or related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in HR roles within the construction industry preferred; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • In-depth knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government-mandated benefits.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Sheets.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • High level of integrity and confidentiality.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
