About the role:

The Resource Manager reports to the General Manager - Philippines. The role will work collaboratively with the Account Managers/Directors, Client Acquisition, and Senior Management teams to plan, and supply fit for purpose resourcing solutions for our customers and to proactively support business readiness requirements for the regional pipeline of upcoming and new business opportunities.

You will own the supply and demand pipeline for your applicable division and be a pivotal member of the divisional leadership team.

You will collaborate with other Resource Managers, Capability Manager's and Operations Partners across the group as well as the General Managers to make the best overall decisions on resourcing across the group based upon the internal Planit weighting of the client opportunity to be filled regardless of the source of the opportunity request.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the day-to-day resourcing (identification and provisioning) to ensure appropriate capability for future assignments.
• Ensure timely input into Planit's supporting supply and demand tools.
• Assist employees with any queries related to assignment onboarding.
• Provide client feedback on resources to the respective Ex Leads.
• Align to Service Level Agreements with all stakeholders contained in the supply process.
• Proactively identify annual Leave/unplanned leave backfill opportunities to maximise revenue.
• Proactively resource the Salesforce pipeline of upcoming and new business opportunities.
• In collaboration with the General Manager's and Talent Management team, coordinate recruitment planning.
• Contribute to building and delivering a safe and supportive work environment and culture for our people.
• Provide feedback in the remuneration and promotion process, as required.
• Obtain feedback on RaaS resources and provide to the relevant Operations Partner or Capability Manager.
• Ensure Hub and RaaS resource SR information is up to date at all times based on the latest information from the AM/AD team.
• Provide governance across the SR, following up and resolving any exceptions with the Account Managers / Directors / Regional Practice Director teams.
• Work collaboratively with People and Culture and Finance teams, as required.
• Support all bootcamps that are carried out in the region, as required.

Essential Skills and Experience:

• At least 5 years' experience working as a Resource Manager or Workforce Planner or in Recruitment, recruiting for software testing roles.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement abilities.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in a shared services or managed service environment is a plus.
