Facilitate Concessionary Card Applications:

5.5 Assist eligible applicants (Senior Citizens, Students, and PWDs) with data capturing and

document validation.

5.6 Ensure proper documentation and verification in compliance with relevant policies.

● On-Site Card Printing:

o Print physical concessionary cards on the same day of application.

o Ensure print quality, accuracy of applicant information, and proper issuance.

● Submission of Applications:

o Submit daily reports and compiled applications to the assigned Line

Supervisor.

o Maintain accurate records of all processed and issued cards.

● Payment Collection

○ Maintain accurate records of all payments received

○ Daily reconciliation of payments and cards. Reports to be submitted to the

assigned Line Supervisor

○ Facilitation of payment for card application (ex. cash, e-wallet etc.)

● Deliverables

● Daily count and log of:

○ Applications processed per category (Senior, Student, PWD)

○ Cards printed and issued

○ Any technical or operational issues encountered

○ Daily and Weekly summary reports consolidated and submitted to Supervisors.

● Reporting and Supervision

○ Each staff reports to a Line Supervisor assigned per rail line.

○ Line Supervisors will oversee compliance with processes and escalate concerns to the

central coordination team.

○ Line Supervisors will report to AFPI Senior Supervisor

● Equipment and Materials (to be provided by Company)

○ Card printers with signature capture functionality (to be provided at each station)

○ ID card blanks and consumables

○ Waiver for acceptance of terms and conditions

○ IT equipment (e.g., laptops/tablets if needed for data entry to be provided by Company)
