Responsibility:

  • Create test cases
  • Conduct testing on developed product/system
  • Provide corrective and preventive measures to regulatory and internal audit non-conformities
  • Resolve issues / concerns raised regarding the system
  • Keep track of generated system reports
  • Document all testing activities
  • Coordinate with development team on projects
  • Write easy-to-understand user text to guide clients in the use of the products
  • Create tutorials to help end-users navigate a variety of applications
  • Conduct product demo/training based on written product manuals as needed
