Why This Role Matters

Testing AI requires new approaches. Our Voice-AI agents make decisions and take actions autonomously. You'll develop expertise in testing non-deterministic systems—skills becoming essential as AI adoption accelerates. No AI experience needed; bring solid testing fundamentals and we'll teach the rest.

Responsibilities


• Design and execute manual test cases for Voice-AI user flows


• Perform exploratory testing to uncover edge cases in conversational AI


• Document bugs with clear reproduction steps and impact assessment


• Build foundational E2E automation in Playwright for critical paths


• Collaborate with developers on quality standards and requirements


• Write concise runbooks for issue resolution


• Contribute to test strategy as we scale

Requirements


• 2-3 years software testing experience (primarily manual)


• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills


• Experience documenting test cases and bug reports


• Basic JavaScript/TypeScript knowledge


• Some exposure to Playwright or Cypress (willingness to learn more)


• Understanding of API testing concepts


• Strong written communication


• Cebu-based (required for hybrid arrangement)

Preferred


• Experience testing conversational interfaces or AI products


• Familiarity with authentication and session flows


• GitHub Actions or CI/CD basics

Compensation & Growth


• Starting: ₱35,000-50,000/month


• Quarterly reviews with 5-10% performance-based increases


• Target: ₱70,000-85,000 within 12-18 months based on ownership growth


• Stock options: Key technical contributors are eligible for equity participation


• Employee Stock Option Plan (ESOP) ensures you benefit from company growth alongside the founding team

Work Arrangement

Remote-first with in-person sessions for planning and workshops in Cebu
