DATA and QA Analyst Position Description
The Data and QA Analyst at GoTeam plays a critical role in ensuring the accuracy, quality, and integrity of data within our educational platforms. This position is essential for supporting data-driven decisions that enhance learning outcomes and operational efficiency. The analyst will be responsible for analyzing data trends, implementing quality assurance processes, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to provide insights that guide strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights that inform decision-making processes.
  • Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure data compliance and accuracy across educational platforms.
  • Create and maintain documentation of data flows, quality standards, and testing procedures.
  • Collaborate with IT and educational teams to troubleshoot data-related issues and improve overall data management practices.
  • Perform regular audits of databases to ensure data integrity and identify discrepancies.
  • Utilize statistical tools and software to evaluate data quality and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Provide training and support to team members on data management best practices and QA processes.
  • Assist in the development of dashboards and reporting tools to visualize data insights for stakeholders.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Computer Science, Education Technology, or a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience in data analysis or quality assurance, preferably in the education sector.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis tools (such as SQL, Excel, and Python) and statistical analysis software.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools (such as Tableau or Power BI) is a plus.
  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills, with a methodical approach to quality assurance.
