About the Role

We're looking for a motivated Cold Caller / Appointment Setter to join our growing team at Flownomic. Your main goal will be to call through a list of qualified leads, have friendly and effective conversations, and schedule appointments for the following day.

This role is ideal for someone who's confident on the phone, extremely organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment where attention to detail and clear documentation matter.

Responsibilities

  • Make outbound calls to leads provided daily through Kixie (our calling platform).
  • Use scripts and talking points effectively while keeping conversations natural.
  • Set appointments for the following day and confirm times with accuracy.
  • Record detailed notes about every call — including outcome, interest level, and next steps.
  • Update lead information and follow-up statuses in our CRM.
  • Hit or exceed daily and weekly appointment goals.
  • Report results and feedback to the team for continuous improvement.

Qualifications

  • 1+ year of experience in cold calling, telesales, or appointment setting (preferred).
  • Excellent spoken and written English — clear, confident, and conversational.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and consistent with note-taking.
  • Comfortable with tech tools like Kixie, CRMs, Google Sheets, etc.
  • Resilient and positive attitude when handling rejections.
  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.

  • Schedule: Monday–Friday (U.S. business hours)
  • Pay: Php 26,000 + performance bonuses
