  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and/or phone during night shift hours.
  • Assist customers with order placement, tracking, returns, and general inquiries.
  • Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions within established timelines.
  • Document and update customer interactions in the CRM system accurately.
  • Monitor and escalate urgent concerns to the appropriate department or supervisor.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy, and quality standards.
  • Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.

Job Qualifications:

  • At least Associate graduate of any course
  • With 1 year work experience as CSR.
  • With exposure in E-commerce platform is an advantage.
  • Proficiency in using CRM tools, email platforms, and MS Office applications.
  • Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
