
Customer Service Representative- WFH

- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via email, chat, and/or phone during night shift hours.
- Assist customers with order placement, tracking, returns, and general inquiries.
- Handle complaints and provide appropriate solutions within established timelines.
- Document and update customer interactions in the CRM system accurately.
- Monitor and escalate urgent concerns to the appropriate department or supervisor.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, data privacy, and quality standards.
- Meet or exceed performance metrics such as response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction scores.
Job Qualifications:
- At least Associate graduate of any course
- With 1 year work experience as CSR.
- With exposure in E-commerce platform is an advantage.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, email platforms, and MS Office applications.
- Willing to work night shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Job Type: Temporary
Contract length: 3 months
