  • Handles voucher, bank checks and slips. Prepares check vouchers and disbursement.
  • Checks the attachments and summarizes the petty cash transaction.
  • Prepares report related to all disbursement accounts.
  • Prepares 2307 for each supplier with expanded tax.
  • Coordinate with suppliers regarding invoice and releasing of payments to various supplier.
  • Coordinate banking transaction with corporate bank account.
  • Attends to communications concerning billings & collection then coordinates to concerned departments on their issue.
  • Receives payments and issues official receipts/acknowledgement receipts.
  • Handles monthly billings and Statement of Accounts for clients and transmits the same upon approval of the manager.
  • In-charge in the preparation of Financial Statements of the company.
  • Daily Cash Position Report.
  • Summarize and submit Weekly, Monthly and Annual report of A/R, A/P, Cash Balance Report and all Accounting related reports.
  • Create Accounting Manual, Polices & Procedures and Standard Operating Procedure (SOP).
  • Prepares Statutory reporting and remittance of the company to SSS, HDMF, PHILHEALTH and online/onsite benefits transactions for the employee.
  • Prepare payroll of the company.
  • Other BIR related tasks.
  • Perform other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php35,000.00 per month
