Job Summary:

Responsible for the preparation and analysis of monthly trial balances, intercompany reconciliations across the Land Business Unit and other BUs, asset acquisition cost reconciliations, statutory tax filings (BIR 1702Q & 1702RT with attachments), and coordination with external auditors. Ensures timely, accurate, and compliant financial reporting for both operating and asset companies.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and analyze monthly trial balances with supporting schedules, to be completed every 10th of the following month for operating companies.
  • Update and reconcile acquisition costs for asset companies.
  • Prepare and file BIR Forms 1702Q & 1702RT, including required attachments, for operating companies.
  • Coordinate with external auditors to complete audit requirements and ensure the timely release and filing of Audited Financial Statements.
  • Reconcile intercompany balances between the Land Business Unit and other Business Units within the Group.
  • Ensure compliance with BIR and SEC requirements for operating companies.

Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in General Ledger Accounting, with a strong background in Taxation.
  • Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • High attention to detail and proven ability to meet deadlines.
