  • Ensure timely compliance with BIR, SEC, LGU, and other government reporting requirements, including monthly, quarterly, and annual filings, taxes, and permits.
  • Maintain accurate financial records by preparing and reviewing journal entries, ledgers, trial balances, and detailed supporting schedules for both the Balance Sheet and Income Statement.
  • Prepare and analyze monthly and annual financial statements (Income Statement, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow) for management review.
  • Generate profitability reports by store, product line, and customer group to support business decisions.
  • Coordinate with external auditors, licensors, LGUs, and BIR auditors during.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor of Science in Accountancy; preferably CPA
  • At least 2 years of solid accounting experience, preferably in manufacturing or retail (if not CPA).
  • Strong knowledge of Philippine taxation, BIR compliance, and SEC requirements.
  • Proficient in accounting systems (e.g., Navision or similar) and MS Excel.
  • Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to meet strict deadlines.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills when dealing with auditors, government agencies, and management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php45,000.00 per month
