About the role

Polystar General Services Inc.' is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Finance Staff to join our team in our Muntinlupa City Metro Manila office. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive financial accounting and reporting support to our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Accurately record and maintain financial transactions, including accounts payable and receivable, reconciliations, and general ledger entries
  2. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports in compliance with accounting standards and regulations
  3. Support the month-end and year-end close processes
  4. Assist with the preparation of budgets, forecasts, and other financial analyses
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial information and insights
  6. Ensure the integrity and accuracy of financial data and records
  7. Contribute to the continuous improvement of financial processes and controls

What we're looking for

  1. Relevant bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
  2. 2-3 years of experience in a finance or accounting role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  3. Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately with numbers
  4. Proficient in the use of accounting software and MS Office applications
  5. Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders
  6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  7. Knowledge of financial reporting standards and regulations
