
HR Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Administrative Assistant to join our Human Resources department. In this role, you will provide administrative support to the HR team and assist in the day-to-day operations of HR processes. This includes managing employee records, coordinating recruitment efforts, and supporting employee engagement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:Administrative Support:
Assist with the preparation of HR documents, reports, and presentations.
- Organize and maintain employee records, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with company policies.
- Manage HR-related correspondence, including emails and other forms of communication.
- Schedule interviews, meetings, and employee orientation sessions.
Recruitment Assistance:
Support the recruitment process by posting job openings, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.
- Assist in onboarding new employees, including preparing documents, conducting orientation sessions, and ensuring all required paperwork is completed.
Employee Benefits & Compliance:
Support the HR team in administering employee benefits programs (e.g., health insurance, retirement plans).
Assist in ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements, such as labor laws, safety regulations, and employee handbooks.
Record Keeping & Reporting:
Maintain up-to-date HR databases and employee files.
- Generate and maintain HR reports, such as attendance records, training schedules, and employee status updates.
General Office Support:
Answer HR-related questions from employees and provide general administrative support.
- Assist in organizing company events and employee engagement activities.
- Perform other administrative tasks as needed.
Education:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Experience:
Prior experience in administrative support or HR (internships, part-time roles, or related experience preferred). Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Skills:
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Knowledge of HR software (e.g., Workday, ADP, BambooHR) is a plus.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
