Overview
This role drives collaboration between industry and educational institutions to ensure a steady pipeline of job-ready talent. The Education Partnerships Manager strengthens curriculum alignment, leads faculty and student programs, and builds strategic partnerships that support workforce readiness and industry-relevant skills development.
Job Summary
The Education Partnerships Manager leads initiatives with universities, colleges, and senior high schools to align education programs with industry needs. The role requires experience in curriculum development, academe partnerships, or training programs, and the ability to design and execute initiatives that prepare students for careers in the IT-BPM sector.
Key ResponsibilitiesAcademic Partnerships
- Build and manage relationships with higher education institutions (HEIs), state universities and colleges (SUCs), and senior high schools.
- Lead curriculum alignment initiatives based on national skills frameworks.
- Develop and implement faculty upskilling, student career pathways, and industry immersion programs.
Program Development & Management
- Design and manage programs that strengthen student readiness and talent pipeline development.
- Coordinate cross-sector initiatives involving academe, government, and industry stakeholders.
- Monitor program outcomes and propose enhancements for continuous improvement.
Stakeholder Engagement & Representation
- Represent the organization in education forums, advisory boards, and partnership discussions.
- Collaborate with academic leaders, government agencies, and industry partners to drive program adoption and alignment.
Thought Leadership & Research
- Track trends in education, workforce development, and industry skill needs.
- Provide insights and recommendations to guide strategic planning and partnership decisions.
QualificationsRequired
- Bachelor's degree (Education, Business, Communications, or related fields).
- 5–7 years of experience in academic partnerships, curriculum development, training, or workforce development.
- Strong relationship-building, facilitation, and project management skills.
- Ability to bridge academe and industry perspectives to create actionable programs.
- Comfortable managing both strategic planning and operational execution.
Preferred
- Experience working with higher education institutions, government education agencies, or industry training programs.
- Familiarity with national skills frameworks, accreditation, or curriculum design processes.
