Overview
This role leads nationwide talent outreach and career promotion initiatives to position the IT-BPM industry as a top career choice. The Talent Marketing Manager develops campaigns, manages events, and builds engagement programs with students, parents, educators, and communities.
Job Summary
The Talent Marketing Manager designs and executes talent attraction campaigns that increase awareness of career opportunities in the IT-BPM sector. The role requires experience in marketing, employer branding, or outreach, and the ability to implement high-impact programs across multiple audiences.
Key ResponsibilitiesTalent Marketing & Outreach
- Develop and execute industry-wide campaigns to promote IT-BPM as a preferred career path.
- Manage talent caravans, roadshows, and engagement events targeting students, parents, and educators.
- Strengthen the organization's advocacy brand through digital platforms, social media, and storytelling.
Program Development & Management
- Design initiatives to attract and engage talent pipelines across schools and communities.
- Coordinate with education institutions, industry partners, and stakeholders to maximize campaign reach.
- Monitor campaign performance and implement continuous improvements.
Stakeholder Engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with schools, academe networks, partner organizations, and media.
- Represent the organization at events, fairs, and public-facing initiatives.
Research & Thought Leadership
- Track trends in youth engagement, career marketing, and digital campaigns.
- Provide insights and recommendations to enhance future talent attraction strategies.
QualificationsRequired
- Bachelor's degree (Communications, Marketing, Business, or related fields).
- 5–7 years of experience in talent marketing, employer branding, outreach, or communications.
- Strong project management, event management, and content development skills.
- Experience in digital marketing campaigns and youth engagement programs.
- Creative, relationship-driven, and able to work across strategy and execution.
Preferred
- Background in career advocacy, industry campaigns, or talent attraction initiatives.
- Familiarity with managing multi-audience campaigns and social media promotion.
