Job Summary

The Recruiter will be responsible for managing large-scale hiring initiatives within a defined timeframe, ensuring timely and high-quality placements across multiple roles or business units. This fixed-term position supports the organization's critical hiring needs by driving end-to-end recruitment strategies, maintaining strong candidate pipelines, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment life cycle for high-volume hiring, from job posting to onboarding.
• Collaborate closely with hiring managers and business leaders to define role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Develop and execute sourcing strategies through job boards, social media, referrals, and talent databases.
• Screen, interview, and evaluate candidates efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
• Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track candidates, manage pipelines, and ensure data accuracy.
• Coordinate interviews, extend offers, and support pre-employment and onboarding processes.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and data privacy regulations throughout the hiring process.
• Prepare and analyze weekly recruitment metrics and performance reports.
• Support process improvement initiatives to optimize recruitment efficiency during peak periods.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in high-volume or fast-paced recruitment environments (RPO, BPO, or corporate).
• Strong knowledge of sourcing tools and ATS platforms.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
• Proven ability to meet tight deadlines and deliver under pressure.
• Demonstrated professionalism and ability to provide a positive candidate experience.

Job Type: Fixed term

Contract length: 2-3 months

Pay: Php35, Php40,000.00 per month
