About the role

NEW ERA PLACEMENT AGENCY CO.' is seeking an enthusiastic Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our dynamic team in Cebu, Central Visayas. As a full-time CSR, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our diverse client base, while contributing to the overall success of our thriving call centre operation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Handling inbound customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and other communication channels
  2. Providing prompt, accurate, and courteous assistance to customers, resolving their issues and concerns in a timely manner
  3. Maintaining detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
  4. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  5. Participating in continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction
  6. Maintaining a professional and positive attitude, even during challenging situations

What we're looking for

  1. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond effectively
  2. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a customer-centric approach
  3. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre environment is preferred, but not mandatory
  4. Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, is essential
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities
  6. A genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service and contributing to the growth of the organisation
