DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES


• Handles all recruitment requests from requisition, sourcing candidates, initial screening, arrangement and coordination of client interviews, discussion of job offers with selected candidates and collection of required documents.


• Performs various sourcing methodologies for assigned requirements.


• Coordinates closely with internal departments (i.e. Business Development, Deployment and Digital Marketing).


• Ensures final screening of all shortlisted candidates is to the highest standards and that candidates to be presented to clients meet their requirements.


• Ensures that candidates are properly presented to clients (i.e. Candidate Profiles, Candidate Summaries, etc.) within the target date.


• Communicates effectively with the Clients for CV endorsements, interviews (via online or face to-face) and sends follow-ups on statuses of endorsed candidates.


• Coordinates and assists in Recruitment trips, Trade Tests, Demos or any requirements given by the Clients.


• Ensures full understanding of performance metrics as well as targets to be achieved.


• Makes sure that all Ikon candidates are provided the highest level of service.


• Ensures that Background Checks are done for all shortlisted candidates.


• Prepares and submits recruitment reports and other related reports accurately and promptly.


• Performs other related functions that may be assigned from time to time.
