  • Develop the recruited Loan Consultants by conducting training and policy updates.
  • Monitoring of Loan Consultants endorsement up to accounts releases.
  • Achieve the set target by Regional Manager.
  • Must have a working experience in lending/financing/sales and recruiting clients.
  • Customer Service oriented with pleasing personality.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2 years in College/College Graduate of any Business course.

With own motorcycle & license w Allowance

Willing to do (pure) field work.

Can start ASAP.
