Following new customer acquisition and company growth, we are looking to hire a Recruitment Administrator to work with our customer, who are a US-based staffing firm serving the Medical and Healthcare industry.

You will join a small but growing team working on a hybrid remote basis from the IT Park in Cebu City with successful candidates working late and graveyard shifts to support US regional time zones.

The successful candidate will be tasked with providing general business and recruitment administration tasks to support the company's daily operation and also its in-country recruitment consultants.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the business in general business and recruitment administration tasks.
  • Translating client's job descriptions into job advertisements for posting in our client standard format.
  • Extracting data from multiple platforms and sources, transforming and cleansing the data using Excel, sorting and filtering, and then uploading/reimporting it into target platforms. Strong Excel, data manipulation, and reporting skills are a must.
  • Manage social media channels (Facebook, LinkedIn) and create engaging infographics to promote job openings.
  • Create and maintain templated communication templates for consistent and effective business communication.
  • Perform market mapping and general analysis to support hiring projects and candidate sourcing.
  • Import and clean data into the company's Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to maintain an up-to-date talent pool.
  • Assist with pre-employment screening and compliance activities, working with candidates to ensure all "Right to Work" documents are obtained and validated for approval.

Qualifications:

  • 2–4+ years of experience in roles such as Virtual Assistant, Recruitment Onboarding, Recruitment Administrator, Data Analyst, or Reporting.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft Excel, with experience in working with large datasets to extract, cleanse, and transform data.
  • Knowledge and experience with social media management on platforms such as LinkedIn and Facebook.
  • Familiarity with the end-to-end recruitment process. Experience in the Healthcare or Medical sector is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and English language skills, both verbal and written.

Working Hours:

  • The successful candidate must be willing to support business operations on US time zones, (Late and Graveyard shifts), working flexible hours as required.

Location:

  • Hybrid work environment: Cebu City, Philippines, with the ability to work remotely from home.

Salary Information:

  • 18,000 PHP – 30,000 PHP per month (Negotiable based on experience).
  • Benefits include 18 days leave, 13th month pay, state-mandated benefits, night differential, and HMO after regularization.
