As we continue to expand, we're looking for a Sales & Marketing Officer who can help support business operations, strengthen client relationships, and execute marketing initiatives to grow the brand across both retail and online channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the overall sales process – from client coordination, order monitoring, and reporting, to ensuring smooth day-to-day transactions.
  • Assist in implementing sales and marketing plans to achieve company targets and brand objectives.
  • Help manage promotional activities, social media content, and online marketing campaigns.
  • Initiate development of sales reports, presentations, and promotional materials for clients and partners.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely business operations.
  • Monitor the performance of sales and marketing initiatives and recommend improvements based on results.
  • Maintain accurate documentation and records related to sales and marketing activities.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Entrepreneurship, or Operations.
  • At least 1-2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
  • Strong communication, coordination, and organizational skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, familiarity with e-commerce tools and platforms is an advantage.
  • Proactive, creative, and detail-oriented with a results-driven mindset.
