About the role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the voice of MM Royalcare Marketing Services Inc. based in Lapu-Lapu City, Cebu. This is a full-time role where you will be handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries and issues, and supporting the sales team in achieving their targets. With a focus on providing an exceptional customer experience, this role is crucial to the success of the business.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a professional and timely manner
  2. Providing product information and recommendations to assist customers
  3. Handling both inbound and outbound sales calls, converting leads into sales
  4. Maintaining accurate records and updating customer information in the CRM system
  5. Escalating complex issues to the appropriate team members for resolution
  6. Continuously seeking ways to improve the customer experience

What we're looking for

  1. With or Without BPO Experience
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers
  3. Proven sales skills and the drive to exceed sales targets
  4. Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  5. Proficiency in using computer systems and CRM software
  6. A positive, patient, and adaptable attitude
  7. Fluency in both English and Filipino
