Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound inquiries related to billing, payments, and account statements.
  • Provide accurate, timely, and professional solutions to customer concerns.
  • Clearly explain financial transactions, charges, and fees.
  • Maintain detailed customer records and update systems as needed.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and data privacy standards.

Qualifications

  • At least college level.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in billing support (required).
  • Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Comfortable using computers and handling multiple systems.
  • Willing to work on-site in Cebu.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php26, Php35,000.00 per month
