Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound inquiries related to billing, payments, and account statements.
- Provide accurate, timely, and professional solutions to customer concerns.
- Clearly explain financial transactions, charges, and fees.
- Maintain detailed customer records and update systems as needed.
- Escalate complex issues to the appropriate teams.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and data privacy standards.
Qualifications
- At least college level.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in billing support (required).
- Strong English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable using computers and handling multiple systems.
- Willing to work on-site in Cebu.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php26, Php35,000.00 per month
