Key Responsibilities:

  • Recruitment and Talent Acquisition:

o Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including job posting, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating candidate assessments.

o Maintain a proactive pipeline of potential candidates through social media, job boards, employee referrals, and networking efforts.

o Collaborate with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and develop recruitment strategies aligned with organizational goals.

  • Onboarding and Employee Engagement:

o Facilitate smooth onboarding of new hires, ensuring completion of pre-employment requirements and proper orientation.

o Prepare and issue employment contracts, job offers, and onboarding kits.

o Assist in organizing employee engagement programs, recognition initiatives, and company events that promote a positive work culture.

  • HR Administration and Documentation:

o Maintain accurate and updated employee records, including personal files, 201 documents, and HR databases.

o Prepare HR-related letters, reports, and internal communications as needed.

o Ensure proper documentation and filing of HR-related transactions for audit and compliance purposes.

  • Timekeeping and Attendance Monitoring:

o Monitor daily attendance, leaves, and overtime reports to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.

o Coordinate with the payroll team for timely and accurate processing of employee pay and benefits.

  • Employee Relations and Support:

o Provide assistance in handling employee inquiries, concerns, and requests in a professional and timely manner.

o Support the HR team in implementing company policies, code of conduct, and disciplinary procedures when necessary.

o Contribute to initiatives that foster employee engagement, retention, and overall well-being.

  • Performance and Evaluation Support:

o Assist in scheduling and documenting performance evaluations, probationary reviews, and promotion assessments.

o Track employee status updates (probationary, regularization, transfers, separations) and prepare related documentation.

  • HR Reporting and Metrics:

o Prepare HR reports such as recruitment status, employee headcount, attendance summaries, and other analytics as required by management.

o Ensure that data presented are accurate, complete, and submitted on time.

  • Continuous Improvement:

o Stay updated on labor laws, HR trends, and best practices to enhance efficiency and compliance.

o Participate in HR projects and process improvements as assigned.

  • Ad hoc Functions:

o Perform other related HR duties that may be assigned from time to time in support of business operations.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or any related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in HR or administrative support is preferred; fresh graduates with relevant internships are encouraged to apply.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with a service-oriented mindset.
  • Proficient in MS Office / Google Workspace applications.
  • Familiarity with HRIS or HR tools is an advantage.
  • Self-motivated, trustworthy, and capable of handling confidential information.
  • Willing to learn and grow in a fast-paced work environment.
