HR ASSOCIATE
PERFORMANCE AND REWARDS MANAGEMENT
Qualifications:
- Possesses at least a bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent
- At least 6 months to one-year experience in timekeeping
- Hands-on experience with MS Office Suite (particularly MS Word and MS Excel) and other related business and communication tools
- Possesses above average communication skills, people-oriented, results-driven, with good organizing skills, able to handle confidential matters, can do multi-tasking and with professional bearing.
- Willing to work on Mon-Fri (9am to 6pm) and Sat (8am to 12nn)
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assists in facilitating and administering compensation and benefits plans, policies and programs of the Company
- Conducts on-time and accurate processing of timekeeping for payroll processing
- Assists in the timely facilitation of the Company's Performance Management System
- Ensures the timely facilitation of the company's healthcare benefit
- Attends and provides assistance to employees on transactional activities and inquiries
- Coordinates, prepares documents and processes employee clearances
- Provides support during the implementation of Corporate Social Responsibility programs
- Drafts memos and prepares reports
