LOCATION: PASEO DE ROXAS, LEGAZPI VILLAGE, BRGY. LORENZO, MAKATI CITY

Position Summary

The Paralegal shall provide direct support to the Legal Department by assisting in the preparation, organization, and management of legal documents, as well as facilitating the processing of permits and coordination with relevant regulatory agencies. The role requires a detail-oriented, proactive, and highly organized individual capable of maintaining legal files, conducting legal research, monitoring permit deadlines, and supporting the company's compliance with applicable national and local laws and regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the preparation and processing of permits, licenses, and government clearances (e.g., MGB, DENR, NCIP, LGUs, DOLE, EMB)
  • Draft, organize, and file legal documents, affidavits, certifications, and correspondence
  • Track permit deadlines and ensure timely renewal or submission of requirements.
  • Conduct basic legal research on relevant laws, regulations, and government issuances
  • Liaise with external agencies and offices for document submissions, pickups, and follow-ups
  • Maintain a well-organized archive of contracts, legal files, and permit records (physical and digital)
  • Support the In-House Attorney in preparing reports, compliance summaries, and legal memoranda
  • Attend hearings, site inspections, or agency meetings as required for documentation support
  • Coordinate with internal departments to gather necessary documents and signatures
  • Perform other administrative and legal support tasks as may be assigned

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Legal Management, Political Science, or a related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a paralegal, legal assistant, or compliance support role
  • Familiarity with legal procedures, government permitting processes, and basic legal drafting
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
    • Good communication and coordination abilities
  • Proficiency in MS Office and basic document formatting
  • Able to handle confidential information with discretion
  • Willing to travel to government offices or project sites when necessary

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php25, Php35,000.00 per month
