FUNCTIONAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Maintains the Product Portfolio and ensures its accuracy and up-to-date.
  • Collates all details of new products and makes sure it is added properly to the portfolio.
  • Ensures that any changes in product are reflected properly in the portfolio in a timely manner.
  • Executes rationalization strategies of products. Files the necessary requests to implement the strategy and ensures that it has been implemented completely and validated on time.
  • Monitors, validates, and ensures Product-related reports are accurate and delivered at the set times. Should there be any issues, he/she shall escalate the issue and coordinate with the assigned team to ensure fix has been implemented immediately and validated properly.
  • Generates Product-related reports as needed. Gathers the needed product data and translates it into reports using either Excel, PowerPoint, or other similar tools.
  • Conducts regular validation of products / services / channels, be able to identify issues, report the findings, and initiate the implementation of fix/improvements through coordination with various teams involved. Coordinates with IT and operations teams when managing production issues related to prepaid product/services.
  • Assists in business related testing (BUAT, pre-production testing, Live UAT) execution and be able to document the results, to validate the changes made for a particular project or initiative.

EDUCATION

  • Bachelor's degree holder preferably in Management or any other related course.

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • At least one (1) year related experience with Product Management or Development, Data Analysis, Report Management, or related roles
