Responsibilities

• Provide technical support for desktops, laptops, printers, network connectivity to end-users across the head office, retail stores, and affiliated locations.
• Respond to service requests logged in to the IT ticketing system.
• Assist in the implementation and maintenance of cybersecurity measures including workstation patching.
• Help maintain the inventory of IT assets and ensure proper documentation.
• Support IT projects including upgrades, migrations, and deployments.
• Educate users during onboarding by helping them familiarize with the Luxasia systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience in IT support or systems administration.
• Knowledgeable with Windows operating systems, networking, and Microsoft platforms.
• Familiarity with Apple mac is a plus.
• Proactive, organized, and able to manage ambiguity and fast-paced environments
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
