We are looking for a skilled Process Engineer to join our team and contribute to improving operational efficiency, product quality, and safety. Primarily responsible for conducting process improvements in the production to enhance productivity, quality, reliability and cycle time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conceptualizes and executes projects to improve production processes, methods, equipment performance and to study new production supplies.
  • Liaise with suppliers on manufacturing process.
  • Studies processes for the operators to be more productive and in case of quality issues.
  • Conducts time and motion studies of production process.
  • Organize, implement and maintain production process flow.
  • Develops working instructions, workmanship standards and process documents, and ensure the Production Operator is following these.
  • Conducts machine/equipment qualification/disqualification of existing equipment in coordination with maintenance.
  • Involved in the process engineering tasks including contact with other engineering and production sites in all questions related to production processes.
  • Can operate production machines and can perform simple machine troubleshooting in Coordination with maintenance in solving work problems.
  • Investigate operational problems affecting production and reporting and recommending solutions.
  • Improves continually on existing operation, for increased in productivity, efficiency, quality and cost savings.
  • Organize meetings with team members to facilitate growth on the assigned work area.
  • Trains and supervises staff on new development process and technology.
  • Complies with company policies and regulations.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in process engineering, preferably in manufacturing (electronics/semiconductor) industry
  • Know how on Engineering tools PFMEA
  • With experience in a fast-paced manufacturing set-up.
  • Experience in yield analysis and improvement processes.
  • Familiar with lean tools and applications.
  • Strong knowledge of process design, optimization, and control techniques.
  • Familiarity with Lean, Six Sigma, or other continuous improvement methodologies is a plus.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and project management skills.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in a collaborative team environment.
  • Knowledge of safety standards and regulations related to process engineering.
