DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Participate in DFMEA processes and make sure tests that are identified as recommended actions are incorporated.
Produce detailed designs and/or CAD drawings.
Test and evaluate processes for producing prototypes and long-term production of products.
Execute overall test plan for prototyping and trial run.
Write technical reports in relation to new or existing methods, tools, equipment for products and processes.
Shall work with process engineers to define standard tooling and identify optimal machine parameters.
Shall be responsible for executing tool trial objectives and reporting.
Assist process development engineer to provide process documentation and SOPs.
Shall assist process development engineer in documenting trial activity and actions required in the Pre-Production Plan and Report (3P&R)
Execute internal tests prior to producing engineering builds.
Support in facilitating pilot production requirements as stated in 3P&R
Support product development engineer on conducting part measurement for first article inspection (FAI) and capability study (CPK)
Plans, directs, and coordinates activities concerned with design, construction, modification, and maintenance of equipment machinery in the facilities.

REQUIREMENTS/QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical) or any related field
At least one (1) year of manufacturing related experience is an advantage.
Working knowledge of MS Office and CAD software
Strong written and verbal communications skills
Excellent technical skills
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
