About the role

Micromatic Industries Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Engineer to join our dynamic team. As a Project Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the successful delivery of our complex engineering projects within the Clark Freeport Zone in Pampanga. This full-time position offers an opportunity to work for a leading player in the engineering industry.

What you'll be doing

  1. Manage the planning, coordination and execution of engineering projects from concept to completion
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure projects meet deadlines, budgets and quality standards
  3. Conduct site inspections and monitor project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that arise
  4. Prepare detailed project reports, cost estimates and proposals to present to senior management
  5. Assist in the development and implementation of new engineering processes and technologies
  6. Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior engineering staff

What we're looking for

  1. Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related technical field
  2. Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Engineer in the engineering industry
  3. Solar Rooftop Installation is an advantage
  4. Proven track record of successfully managing complex, multi-stakeholder engineering projects
  5. Strong problem-solving, analytical and decision-making skills
  6. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
  7. Up-to-date knowledge of relevant engineering codes, standards and regulations
  8. Proficiency in project management software and tools
