Job Summary:

As a Performance Marketing Specialist, you will be focused on driving measurable results from online marketing campaigns. Your goal will be to maximise return on investment (ROI) by optimising campaigns for specific performance metrics.

Role:

  • Track and optimise the full customer journey — from online (e.g., Meta, Google) / offline ad exposure (e.g., lift panels, radio, tv ads) to website landing pages and lead form submissions.
  • Set up, manage and optimise digital advertising campaigns.
  • Analyse funnel performance and drop-off points and provide clear, actionable insights to management.
  • Collaborate with the project and tech teams to improve landing pages, customer touchpoints, user flow, SEO optimisation, and etc.
  • Coordinate and align with the marketing team on campaign messaging and lead qualification metrics.
  • Prepare weekly or bi-weekly reports using tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, or basic analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Atlassian/Mixpanel).
  • Make strategic suggestions to improve conversion rates and overall MQL (Marketing Qualified Lead) volume.

You:

  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, with a strong focus on owned and operated channels.
  • Comfortable working with data and basic reporting tools.
  • Strong communication and coordination skills — must be comfortable presenting findings and recommendations.
  • Able to work independently and take initiative to explore improvements in the overall marketing strategy.
  • Interest or experience in real estate, proptech, or high-touch service industries is a plus.
  • Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills.

Contract Type: 6-month fixed-term contract with potential for extension
