About the Role
We are looking for a results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist who can help scale our marketing initiatives, drive consistent lead generation, and optimize advertising performance. The ideal candidate has strong digital marketing experience, is comfortable working with AI tools, and can develop effective, data-driven marketing strategies.

Duties and Responsibilities

The Digital Marketing Specialist will be responsible for evaluating and enhancing our advertising strategies and ensuring our message effectively reaches and engages our target market. Core responsibilities include:

  • Research advertising trends and consumer behavior

  • Conduct competitive research on pricing, products, and positioning

  • Decide on strategic placement and channels for ads

  • Determine what content will effectively reach and convert customers

  • Develop ongoing content projects and lead magnets

  • Create and distribute monthly newsletters via Mailchimp (or similar tools)

  • Publish and manage digital marketing content across platforms

  • Implement and optimize email marketing campaigns

  • Measure and analyze digital traffic performance

  • Monitor social media metrics and Google Analytics

  • Optimize paid ad campaigns using SEO and related tools

  • Report campaign performance, growth, and analytics to the CEO

  • Scale digital campaigns to maximize ROI

  • Monitor project timelines and budgets

  • Conduct market research to support campaign direction

  • Brainstorm, design, and execute experiments and conversion tests
